Hi, I’m Jadeth

I believe therapy is a dynamic, collaborative process guided by curiosity and a willingness to understand the different parts of ourselves and how they shape how we think, feel, and respond.

I’m a bilingual Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationships, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and the complicated patterns that can leave us feeling stuck.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I take an active role in the therapeutic process. We’ll get curious about what’s happening, identify the patterns underneath it, and work together toward meaningful change. I draw from systemic and relational approaches, IFS, SFBT, ICBT for OCD, and Gottman-, EFT-, and RLT-informed couples work.

My Puerto Rican roots and experiences across different cultures shape how I understand identity, family, relationships, and the systems we live within. I strive to create a space where you can show up honestly and fully, without having to explain away the parts of yourself or your experiences that matter.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. That’s part of what we can figure out together.
